{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.270","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.270","heading":"Duties of regulatory relief office upon receipt of application.","body":"(1) Upon receipt of an application, the regulatory relief office shall:\n(a) Classify the application and any related information provided by the applicant\nas a protected recor d in accordance with the Kentucky Open Records Act,\nKRS 61.870 to 61.884;\n(b) Consult with each applicable governmental agency that regulates the\napplicant's business regarding whether more information is needed from the\napplicant; and\n(c) Seek additional information from the applicant that the regulatory relief office\ndetermines is necessary.\n(2) No later than five (5) business days after the day on which a complete application is\nreceived by the regulatory relief office, the regulatory relief office shall:\n(a) Review the application and refer the application to each applicable\ngovernmental agency that regulates the applicant's business; and\n(b) Provide to the applicant:\n1. An acknowledgment of receipt of the application; and\n2.
