{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.320","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.320","heading":"Meetings of council -- Officers -- Quorum -- Reports.","body":"The business of the council shall be conducted in the following manner:\n(1) The council at its initial meeting to be held promptly after the appointment of its\nmembers, shall elect a chairman and vice chairman from among its members who\nshall serve until t he first meeting in the succeeding year.
