Any other funds, gifts, or grants made\navailable to the state for distribution to units of government in accordance with the\nprovisions of KRS 15.410 to 15.510 also shall be made a part of this fund.\n(2) All moneys deposited in this fund, including earnings from their investment, shall\nbe deemed a trust and agency account.
