{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.450","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.450","heading":"Fund administered by secretary -- Administrative regulations --","body":"Reimbursement of administrative costs -- Reports.\n(1) The secretary or his or her designated representative shall administer the Law\nEnforcement Foundation Program fund pursuant to the provisions of KRS 15.410 to\n15.510 and may promulgate any administrative regulations as necessary to carry out\nthe responsibilities under KRS 15.410 to 15.510. Administrative hearings\npromulgated by administrative regulation under authority of this secti on shall be\nconducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.\n(2) The secretary or the designated representative may withhold or terminate payments\nto any unit of government that does not comply with the requirements of KRS\n15.410 to 15.510 or the administrati ve regulations issued by the cabinet under KRS\n15.410 to 15.510.\n(3) The cabinet shall, from moneys appropriated and accruing to the fund as provided\nunder KRS 15.430, receive reimbursement for the salaries and other costs of\nadministering the fund, including but not limited to council operations and expenses\nand the salary and associated operating expenses of the office of the state school\nsecurity marshal.
