{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.610","heading":"Primary jurisdiction.","body":"(1) No inspecting agency shall conduct an inspection or employ a standard relating to a\ncondition over which another inspecting agency or the federal government has\nprimary jurisdiction, except under an agreement with the entity having primary\njurisdiction, or  an order of the Attorney General, adopted under KRS 15.605 to\n15.635.\n(2) If a question of primary jurisdiction over a condition involves two or more\ngovernmental agencies, the agencies shall attempt to determine which of the\nagencies has primary jurisdic tion over the condition under existing law.
