{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.630","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.630","heading":"Injunctive relief against inspecting agency.","body":"(1) If any inspecting agency conducts or threatens to conduct an inspection, or employs\nor threatens to employ a standard, in violation of KRS 15.605 to 15.635, the\nAttorney General, on his own initiative or upon a sworn complaint with good cause\nshown by any person aggrieved by the alleged violation, shall apply to the Franklin\nCircuit Court or to the Circuit Court of the county in which the alleged violation\noccurred or is likely to occur for injunctive relief against the inspecting agency.\n(2) Any person aggrieved by an inspection conducted or about to be conducted, or by\nthe employment of or threat to employ a standard, in violation of KRS 15.605 to\n15.635, may file a sworn complaint with the Attorney General or may apply to the\nFranklin Circuit Court or the  Circuit Court of the county in which the alleged\nviolation occurred or is likely to occur for injunctive relief against the inspecting\nagency.","path":["KRS Chapter 15"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=981","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:34Z","sha256":"fc28998e837bb8d8bfa319168ad345bdf7773510b21539e609b59c24060564e3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-15.625","next":"us-ky/krs-15.635"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
