{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.720","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.720","heading":"Reports.","body":"(1) The Attorney General shall submit:\n(a) To the Governor and to the General Assembly a biennial report setting forth\nthe activities of the unified prosecutorial system for the preceding fiscal years;\nto be included in this report are the activities of the Prosecutors Advisory\nCouncil, an abstract  of the annual report of the local prosecutors, and\nsuggestions and recommendations for the uniform enforcement of the criminal\nlaws of the Commonwealth; and\n(b) To the Legislative Research Commission an annual report, by January 15 of\neach year, setting f orth the total number of traffic offenders diverted into\ncounty attorney-operated traffic safety programs for the preceding fiscal year\ncategorized by county and by traffic offense, and the fee charged by each\ncounty attorney-operated traffic safety program.\n(2) Each Commonwealth's attorney and county attorney shall be required by the council\nto submit such written reports as are determined necessary for the preceding\ncalendar year.","path":["KRS Chapter 15"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=40539","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:34Z","sha256":"fccfb50079626c141e165a8b64f67e50c34aa36e8a30fea981b911cf08275276","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-15.718","next":"us-ky/krs-15.725"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
