Amounts may be reported by the office to the certified consumer reporting\nagency.\n(2) The Office of the Attorney General shall provide advance notice to the obligor\nconcerning the proposed release of the information to the c ertified consumer\nreporting agency and inform the obligor of the methods available to contest the\naccuracy of the information in compliance with due process of law.\n(3) The Office of the Attorney General may charge the certified consumer reporting\nagency a fee not to exceed the actual cost of providing the information.","path":["KRS Chapter 15"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=54338","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:34Z","sha256":"2c2279f318e41f2207457757372ca88de64520954164249c63c2444d4baab39d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-15.832","next":"us-ky/krs-15.836"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
