{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.846","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.846","heading":"Wage reporting and financial institution match systems -- Agreements.","body":"(1) The Office of the Attorney General shall use the wage reporting and financial\ninstitution match system formerly designed, developed, implemented, and operated\nby the Cabinet for Health and Family Services for the purpose of identifying the\nfinancial assets of individuals as identified by cabinet agencies, for the purpose of\nadministering the child support enforcement program of the Commonwealth.
