{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.864","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.864","heading":"Administrative subpoena for information relating to child support --","body":"Financial institution may deduct funds from account -- Action to enforce\nsubpoena.\n(1) The Office of the Attorney General shall have authority to issue an administr ative\nsubpoena commanding information and records relating to the establishment,\nenforcement, and collection of child support.\n(2) All public and private entities including financial institutions shall comply with a\nsubpoena issued under this section withi n a reasonable time period.
