{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15.940","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15.940","heading":"Criteria for making  grants to community  resource organizations --","body":"Administration by cabinet.\nIn making grants to a community resource organization, the state board shall\nconsider the degree to which the community resource organization meets the\nfollowing criteria:\n(1) Has  as its primary purpose the development and facilitation of a collaborative\ncommunity prevention program in a specific geographical area. The prevention\nprogram  shall utilize trained volunteers and existing community resources\nwherever practicable;\n(2) Is comprised of local law enforcement and social services representatives and\ndoes  not exclude any organization or person that the state board deems\nnecessary;\n(3) Demonstrates a willingness and ability to provide prevention program models\nand  consultation to organizations and  communities regarding prevention\nprogram development and maintenance;\n(4) Agrees to match fifty percent (50%) of the amount requested from the trust\nfund.
