{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.028","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.028","heading":"Required administrative regulations.","body":"The department shall promulgate administrative regulations regarding:\n(1) Specific permitted and prohibited uses of department -owned property and activities\non department-owned property;\n(2) For a violation of an administrative regulation promulgated under  subsection (1),\n(4), or (5) of this section relating to prohibited uses of department -owned property\nand prohibited activities thereon, offenses and penalties which do not authorize\nimprisonment, and for which the offense and the penalty are not establish ed by\nstatute;\n(3) The issuance of licenses or permits for the use of and conduct of activities on\ndepartment-owned property, including but not limited to docks on department -\nowned lakes;\n(4) The revocation or suspension, following a hearing pursuant to KRS Chapter 13B, of\na license or permit issued pursuant to this section; and\n(5) Specific permitted and prohibited uses of a department -owned or controlled buffer\nzone on land adjacent to a department -owned lake, including sanctions which do\nnot authorize im prisonment for violation of the administrative regulations where a\nstatute does not provide an offense and does not provide a penalty.","path":["KRS Chapter 150"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=1938","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:43Z","sha256":"728d1b7fbbbfd4ffcf1f909510c8247dffb11222c137608e87a4ea15acdcdeb8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-150.027","next":"us-ky/krs-150.030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
