{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.140","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.140","heading":"Report and payment of moneys by circuit clerk.","body":"Each circuit clerk responsible for the court before whom any prosecution under this\nchapter for the violation of any law or regulation for the protection of wildlife may be\ncommenced or shall go on appeal shall, within ten (10) days after the end of each m onth,\nreport in writing to the commissioner the result of the prosecution, the amount of fine\ncollected or penalty imposed, if any.
