{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.152","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.152","heading":"Report of audit of department by Auditor of Public Accounts.","body":"Each year when the Auditor of Public Accounts conducts the statewide single audit of the\nCommonwealth of Kentucky, the Auditor of Public Accounts shall with respect to the\nDepartment of Fish and Wildlife Resources:\n(1) Examine the separate revenue streams of each account within the game and fish\nfund to ensure compliance with the prohibition against commingling of funds;\n(2) Disaggregate and report the revenue and expenditures, by type, within the program\nincome fund of the fish and game fund;\n(3) Identify internal controls, weaknesses, operating inefficiencies, and make\nrecommendations for improvements;\n(4) Examine procurements, expenditures, and procurement policies to ensure\ncompliance with the procurement procedure requirements of KRS Chapter 45A and\n150.0242; and\n(5) Submit a written report to the Interim Joint Committee on Natural Resources and\nEnergy in conjunction with the release of the statewide single audit of the\nCommonwealth of Kentucky.","path":["KRS Chapter 150"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53585","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:43Z","sha256":"6a8e89c6c74a3165eb6054f98bf9c3c9eba70b84c40fd705c5803b3c2e9018c9","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-150.150","next":"us-ky/krs-150.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
