{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.190","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.190","heading":"Outfitter license or guide's license.","body":"(1) Any applicant for an outfitter license or guide's license shall be required to present\nproof to the satisfaction of the commissioner that he is qualified to act as a guide or\noutfitter, as prescribed by administrative regulations of the department.\n(2) Any applicant for a fur processor's license shall be required to present proof to the\nsatisfaction of the commissioner, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the\ndepartment that he has sufficient equipment and facilities to engage in the business\nof processing, manufacture, and storage of raw furs.\n(3) A guide's license or an outfitter license is not required of residents or nonresidents\nwho are participating in field trials, training exercises, or other competitions where\nno game is harvested.","path":["KRS Chapter 150"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55365","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:43Z","sha256":"e5dc128bbfb3ae12cbbe36db7718d30ae3be24c23260945a8f729842dc87899e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-150.186","next":"us-ky/krs-150.195"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
