{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.238","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.238","heading":"Reciprocal agreements with other states relating to violations of hunting","body":"and fishing laws -- Administrative regulations.\n(1) The department may enter into reciprocal agreements with one (1) or more states\nrelating to violations of hunting and fishing  laws. Upon entering into such an\nagreement, the department shall promulgate an administrative regulation adopting\nthe provisions of the agreement and incorporating the entire document by reference.\n(2) The department may, pursuant to a reciprocal agreemen t and administrative\nregulation authorized by subsection (1) of this section, deny, suspend, revoke, or\nreinstate:\n(a) A hunting, fishing, or trapping license; or\n(b) A privilege, in the case of an individual who is license-exempt.","path":["KRS Chapter 150"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=1986","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:44Z","sha256":"ae4c0fcdc9bbb2814fcaf58d52cdb1b19a2bf6023bd5c4debc542812e3fda202","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-150.237","next":"us-ky/krs-150.240"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
