{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.270","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.270","heading":"Consent to acquisition by United States of migratory bird reservations.","body":"(1) Kentucky consents to the acquisition by the United States by purchase, gift, devise\nor lease of such areas in Kentucky as the United States may deem necessary for the\nestablishment of migratory bird reservations in accordance with the Migratory Bird\nConservation Act, approved February 18, 1929 (45 Stat. 1222).\n(2) Kentucky reserves complete jurisdiction and authority in and over all such areas not\nincompatible with the administration, maintenance, protection, and control thereof\nby the United States under the terms of Acts of Congress.
