{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.415","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.415","heading":"Fur buyer -- Receipts for purchases.","body":"Every licensed fur buyer shall, upon purchasing any raw fur, issue a receipt to the trapper\nor hunter from whom he has purchased such furs, setting forth the number and kind of\nfurs, the date of the purchase, the price paid for each fur and the license num ber of the\ntrapper's or hunter's license. The buyer shall make out a duplicate receipt at the same time\nand obtain the signature and address on such duplicate of the trapper or hunter from\nwhom the furs were purchased. Not later than March 15 of each year every licensed fur\nbuyer shall submit to the department a complete report of all furs purchased during the\nprevious buying season. The report shall contain the total number and value of each type\nof fur purchased.
