{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-150.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 150.610","heading":"Issuance of revenue bonds for purpose of establishing public shooting","body":"areas, wildlife refuges, public fishing lakes or other projects -- Pledging of\nrevenue -- Liens.\nThe commissioner of the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, with approval of\nthe commission, may call for the issuance of revenue bonds pursuant to the entire terms\nof KRS 58.010 through 58.140 for the purpose of establishing public shooting areas,\nwaterfowl or other wildlife refuges, public fishing lakes or the establishment of ot her\nprojects of public benefit in the interest of fish and game and may unite into one (1)\nproject for financing purposes all revenue as may be pledged by the commissioner. From\nevery source whatsoever these revenues thus united shall be used for the payme nt of the\nprincipal and interest of all bonds which may be issued. Such united receipts, unless\notherwise agreed upon by the commissioner and bonding company, shall continue until\nall bonds issued have been paid in full.
