{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-151.615","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 151.615","heading":"Authority pilot projects permitted.","body":"(1) Stream Restoration and Mitigation Authorities established under KRS 151.610 to\n151.615 may conduct one (1) or more of the following restoration and mitigation\nactivities as pilot projects, identified within its watershed plan:\n(a) Restoration and mitigatio n of impairments or permanent loss of water\nresources due to mining operations;\n(b) Restoration and mitigation of impairment or permanent loss of water\nresources due to highway or road construction;\n(c) Restoration and mitigation of impairment or permanent  loss of water\nresources due to agricultural or sivicultural operations; or\n(d) Restoration and mitigation of impairment or permanent loss of water\nresources due to residential or commercial building construction.\n(2) If a Stream Restoration and Mitigation  Authority undertakes a project that does not\notherwise require development and submittal to a state or federal agency of a plan\nwith standards and criteria for evaluating project success, the authority shall\ndevelop standards and criteria for evaluating t he project's success.
