{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-151b.136","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 151B.136","heading":"Kentucky Department of Education -- Required reporting.","body":"(1) On or before September 1 of each year, the Kentucky Department of Education\nshall submit to the Kentucky Center for Statistics a compiled list of all high school\nstudents who most recently completed their junior year that includes each student's:\n(a) Name;\n(b) Date of birth;\n(c) Address;\n(d) For students enrolled in a public school district:\n1. Enrolled school district; and\n2. School identification number;\n(e) Last four (4) digits of his or her Social Security number;\n(f) Cumulative unweighted grade point average; and\n(g) Highest score on a nationally recognized college readiness examination\napproved by the Council on Postsecondary Education that is in the possession\nof the department.\n(2) The Kentucky Center for Statistics, in collaboration with the Kentucky Department\nof Education and the Council on Postsecondary Education, shall annually publish\ndata on academic and workforce outcomes of each cohort reported to the center in\naccordance with subsection (1) of this section, including the cohort's college -going\nrates, postse condary credential attainment, and employment and wage outcomes.\nThe Kentucky Center for Statistics shall not include any personally identifiable\ninformation for individuals included within each cohort as part of the published\ndata.","path":["KRS Chapter 151B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57283","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:46Z","sha256":"a9e94a9ce726efcc3c968e168d900df98cb6c712d1ba30cca3aa37c94886716a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-151b.135","next":"us-ky/krs-151b.138"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
