{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-152a.519","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 152A.519","heading":"Status of bonds as investments.","body":"Bonds issued by the authority are securities in which all public officers and public bodies,\nagencies, and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions, all\ninsurance companies, trust companies, banking associations, investment comp anies,\nexecutors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, and all other persons whatsoever\nwho are now or may hereafter be authorized to invest in bonds or other obligations of a\nsimilar nature may properly and legally invest funds, including capit al in their control or\nbelonging to them.
