{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-154.1-710","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 154.1-710","heading":"Duties of board.","body":"Subject to the provisions of KRS 154.1 -700 to 154.1-745, and KRS Chapter 13A, it shall\nbe the duty of the board to:\n(1) Promulgate administrative regulations to establish a selection process for:\n(a) Volunteers which shall include, but not be limited to, t he testing of applicants\nfor emotional stability by a mental health professional licensed in Kentucky\nfor independent practice;\n(b) Projects to be undertaken and completed by volunteers and a method of\napplying for these projects. The specific purpose or g oal of the corps outlined\nin KRS 154.1 -720 shall be taken into consideration when applying this\nmethodology.\n(2) Initial administrative regulations promulgated under the provisions of KRS 154.1 -\n700 to 154.1 -745 shall be filed with the Legislative Research Commission within\nninety (90) days of July 14, 1992.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=41632","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:51Z","sha256":"ef2e2d0d726018ab34e96a2d563e438873663417885eb22e5c9936e27041aaf1","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-154.1-705","next":"us-ky/krs-154.1-715"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
