{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-154.20-045","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 154.20-045","heading":"Insurance or guarantee by authority.","body":"(1) The authority may insure, guarantee, or issue letters of credit for all or a part of a\nloan or debenture of others, public or private.\n(2) The authority may insure, guarantee, or issue letters of credit for all or a part of a\nlease entered into by others, public or private.\n(3) The authority may procure insurance, a guarantee, or a letter of credit from any\nsource for all or a part of a loan, debenture, or lease of others, public or private. The\nauthority may procure insurance, a guarantee, or a letter of c redit for either a single\nloan, debenture, or lease or for any combination of loans, debentures, or leases.\n(4) The authority may insure, guarantee, or issue letters of credit for all or a part of a\nrevenue bond issued by the authority, another state agenc y or authority, or another\nentity or authority authorized by law to issue revenue bonds.\n(5) The authority may procure insurance, a guarantee, or a letter of credit for all or a\npart of a revenue bond issue of the authority, another state agency or authori ty, or\nanother entity or authority authorized by law to issue revenue bonds.
