{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-154.20-140","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 154.20-140","heading":"Negotiations with other agencies -- Construction of authority's powers","body":"and obligations.\n(1) The authority may negotiate with other agencies of the state government to obtain\nthe use of moneys which such agencies are authorized to invest in governme nt\nobligations. Funds so negotiated shall be transferred on an inter -account basis to the\nappropriate fund of the authority. The authority may also negotiate with the State\nProperty and Buildings Commission for the issuance and sale of revenue or other\nauthorized bonds in accordance with the methods prescribed in KRS 56.520 for the\npurposes of this chapter.\n(2) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to give the authority power to pledge the\ncredit or taxing power of the Commonwealth or any of its political subdivisions.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=2680","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:53Z","sha256":"e129f7836dd25e0f72bf534bdca72251104db8bdaded1207a93d1c12b5fc9bdc","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-154.20-130","next":"us-ky/krs-154.20-150"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
