{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-154.26-095","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 154.26-095","heading":"Authority and Department of Revenue to report to Interim Joint","body":"Committee on Appropriations and Revenue.\nBy July 1, 2019, and by each July 1 thereafter, the authority and the Department of\nRevenue shall jointly provide a report to the Inter im Joint Committee on Appropriations\nand Revenue for each project approved under this subchapter. The report shall contain the\nfollowing information:\n(1) The name of each approved company and the location of each economic\nrevitalization project;\n(2) The amount of approved costs for each economic revitalization project;\n(3) The date the agreement was approved;\n(4) Whether an assessment fee authorized by KRS 154.26 -100 was a part of the\nagreement;\n(5) The number of employees employed in manufacturing, the num ber of employees\nemployed in coal mining and processing, or the number of employees employed in\nagribusiness operations;\n(6) Whether the project was a supplemental project; and\n(7) By taxable year, the amount of tax credit claimed on the taxpayer's return,  any\namount denied by the department, and the amount of any tax credit remaining to be\ncarried forward.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=49210","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:55Z","sha256":"a9578ba7d115b02520c3e32ba5741111cc66352a4dca30964dcea6c557f01736","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-154.26-090","next":"us-ky/krs-154.26-100"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
