{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-154.35-040","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 154.35-040","heading":"Kentucky Research and Development Infrastructure fund.","body":"There is established a fund entitled the \"Kentucky Research and Development\nInfrastructure Fund\" for the purposes and benefit of the Kentucky Research and\nDevelopment Infrastructure. The fund may receive state appropriations, gifts, grants, and\nany other funds both public and private. Moneys deposited in the fund shall be disbursed\nby the State Treasurer upon the warrant of the secretary of Finance and Administration\nCabinet. Any unallotted or unencumbered balances in the fund shall be invested as\nprovided in KRS 42.500(6), and any income earned from the investments along with the\nunallotted or unencumbered balances in the fund shall not lapse, and shall be deemed a\ntrust and agency account and made available solely for the purposes and benefits of the\nKentucky Research and Development Infrastructure.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=2907","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:56Z","sha256":"6fec70cf9c0b2defe98bccd4ee800a37b96bc2dd82b67cbcda2e7721f5e22624","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-154.35-030","next":"us-ky/krs-154.35-042"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
