{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-156.007","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 156.007","heading":"Local Superintendents Advisory Council.","body":"(1) There is hereby established the Local Superintendents Advisory Council, which\nshall consist of eleven (11) local school district superintendents appointed by the\nLegislative Research Commission. Seven (7) members shall represent each of the\nSupreme Court districts as established by KRS 21A.010 and four (4) members shall\nrepresent the state at large. The members shall be appointed for a four (4) year term,\nexcept the initial appointments shall be as follows: four (4) members shall serve\nfour (4) year terms; three (3) members shall serve two (2) year terms; and four (4)\nmembers shall serve one (1) year terms. A vacancy in the membership shall be\nfilled by the commission for the unexpired term.\n(2) The council shall advise the chief state school officer and the  Kentucky Board of\nEducation concerning the development of administrative regulations and education\npolicy.
