The board by regulation shall specify the\nparticular types of supplies and equipment for which contracts shall be secured and may\nrevise such lists from time to time. The board, in consultation with the Finance and\nAdministration Cabinet, shall fix standards of quality and quantity and shall develop\nstandard specifications for supplies and equipment. The Finance and Administration\nCabinet shall enter into price contract agreements under the law relating to state\npurchasing.
