{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-156.498","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 156.498","heading":"Alternate approval procedure for federal food program eligibility for","body":"certain organizations.\nAs the administering agency for the Child and Adult Care Food Program funded by the\nUnited States Department of Agriculture, the Kentucky Department of Educat ion shall\nestablish an alternate approval procedure, as required by the applicable federal rules and\nregulations, to review information submitted by organizations operating centers or\nprograms for children for which licensing or approval is not available i n this state, in\norder to establish eligibility for the federal food program. The department shall establish\nthe alternate approval procedure no later than August 1, 1996.
