{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-156.740","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 156.740","heading":"Interagency Commission  on  Educational  and  Job  Training","body":"Coordination -- Membership.\n(1) The Interagency Commission on Educational and Job Training Coordination is\nhereby created. Its membership shall be composed of the following individuals,\nserving in an ex officio capacity:\n(a) The chairman of the Council on Postsecondary Education;\n(b) The president of the Council on Postsecondary Education;\n(c) The chairman of the Kentucky Board of Education;\n(d) The commissioner of the Department of Education;\n(e) The commissioner of the Department of Workforce Development;\n(f) The chairman of the Board for the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance\nAuthority; and\n(g) The  president of the Kentucky Community  and  Technical College\nSystem.\n(2) Members  shall serve by virtue of their office. The chairman of the commission\nshall be chosen annually by a simple majority vote of the members.
