{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-156.812","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 156.812","heading":"Employee benefits.","body":"(1) All certified, equivalent, and unclassified employees in the Office of Career and\nTechnical Education shall be:\n(a) Provided the same health insurance coverage as all other state government\nemployees provided in KRS 18A.225;\n(b) Eligible to participate in the deferred compensation system provided for all\nstate government employees by KRS 18A.250 to 18A.265;\n(c) Provided the same life insurance coverage provided all state employees\npursuant to KRS 18A.205 to 18A.215;\n(d) Reimbursed for all reasonable and nec essary travel expenses and\ndisbursements incurred or made pursuant to KRS 45.101 in the performance\nof their official duties; no part of the reimbursement shall be included in or\naccounted as a part of their salaries;\n(e) Ensured equal employment opportuni ty regardless of race, color, religion,\nnational origin, disability, sex, or age; and\n(f) Given those holidays and rights granted state employees pursuant to KRS\n18A.190.\n(2) Employees under the jurisdiction of the former Department for Technical Education\nwho are members of a state retirement system as of June 30, 1990, shall remain in\ntheir respective retirement systems.
