{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-157.198","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 157.198","heading":"Dyslexia trust fund.","body":"(1) There is created a dyslexia trust fund administered by the Kentucky Department of\nEducation.\n(2) The dyslexia trust fund may receive appropriations, federal funds, contributions,\ngifts, and donations.\n(3) The purpose of the dyslexia trust fund shall be to finance grants to local school\ndistricts for support of students identified with the characteristics of dyslexia.\n(4) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, moneys remaining in the fund at the close of a fiscal\nyear shall not lapse but shall carry forward into the su cceeding fiscal year. Interest\nearned on any moneys in the fund shall accrue to the fund.
