{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-157.628","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 157.628","heading":"Reimbursement for bonds previously issued.","body":"(1) A school district which has issued revenue bonds according to the provisions of\nKRS Chapter 162 shall be eligible to participate in a reimbursement schedule if all\nof the following conditions are met:\n(a) The district met all criteria for first round financing except that the district had\nno unmet needs on its facility survey in effect at that time;\n(b) An amended facility survey, approved prior to June 30, 1986, is on file with\nthe Department of Education; and\n(c) Revenue bonds were issued after January 1,  1986, and prior to January 1,\n1987.\n(2) Annual reimbursement shall be provided for bond debt service equal to the amount\nto which the district would have been entitled if the facility survey had been\nupdated prior to first round funding.","path":["KRS Chapter 157"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=3356","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:02Z","sha256":"38f825e6c8925db5e27455e914a273b4352a756a7c8e9192b19e75df0214da66","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-157.627","next":"us-ky/krs-157.630"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
