{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-157.635","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 157.635","heading":"Revenue bonds for state projects.","body":"(1) The School Facilities Construction Commission is hereby authorized to issue\nrevenue bonds for the purpose of financing projects authorized by the General\nAssembly based upon lease rental agreements with the Kentucky Department of\nEducation for the purpose of:\n(a) Acquiring sites and building vocational schools which are to be owned by the\nstate and operated by the Department of Education;\n(b) Constructing additions and extensions to the School for the Deaf and the\nSchool for the Blind which are owned by the  state and operated by the\nDepartment of Education; and\n(c) Building projects for vocational rehabilitation programs which are owned by\nthe state and operated by the Department of Education.\n(2) In exercising the authority in subsection (1) of this section , the commission will act\nunder the applicable provisions of KRS Chapter 56.","path":["KRS Chapter 157"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=3359","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:02Z","sha256":"f0ff36c469b3537ea347f05a845517371d84214b0470a60b1dec9ad050f5fe57","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-157.632","next":"us-ky/krs-157.640"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
