The certificate shall state that the child has been immunized against\ndiphtheria, tetanus, poliomyelitis, rubeola, and rubella in accordance with the provisions\nof this section and KRS 214.010, 214.020, 214.032 to 214.036,  and 214.990 and the\nadministrative regulations of the secretary for health and family services.
