{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-158.448","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 158.448","heading":"Protocols for student records within student information system.","body":"The Kentucky Department of Education shall develop protocols for student records\nwithin the student information system which:\n(1) Provide notice to schools receiving the rec ords described in KRS 610.345 relating\nto a student transferring to a new school or district;\n(2) Promote expeditious enrollment and placement of students in foster care who are\ntransferring to a new school or district, in accordance with the federal Every\nStudent Succeeds Act of 2015, Pub. L.
