L. No. 114-95, or\nits successor, the Kentucky Department  of Education shall promulgate\nadministrative regulations establishing the monitoring and periodic review of\nthe implementation of a local school district's turnaround plan for a school\nidentified for comprehensive support and improvement described in KRS\n160.346. The monitoring and review process shall be limited to performing an\nannual review of the school's state assessment data and measures of school\nquality, periodic site visits, observation, and  interviews of representative\nstakeholders and students.\n(2) Schools and districts receiving highly skilled assistance from the Kentucky\nDepartment  of Education prior to April 10, 2017, shall continue to receive\nassistance in accordance with the established assistance plan.","path":["KRS Chapter 158"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=45620","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:06Z","sha256":"a39522b00db073c1d3ca5db516756a554bba708fa6bd59b0f39f15c38da598ff","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-158.780","next":"us-ky/krs-158.785"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
