Controversies arising in attendance districts relating to\nattendance matters shall be submitted to the Kentucky Board of Education for settlement.\nIn case an agreement suitable to all parties cannot be reached, the Kentucky Board of\nEducation may dissolve a united district. In case of dissolut ion, each school district\ninvolved may unite with other contiguous school districts in forming a united attendance\ndistrict or may act as a separate attendance district.
