{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-15a.190","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 15A.190","heading":"Uniform reporting forms to provide statistical information on crimes --","body":"Administrative regulations.\nThe cabinet, in consultation with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the\nKentucky Commission on Women, and any other agency c oncerned with particular acts\nof criminal activity, shall:\n(1) Design and make available to all law enforcement agencies in the Commonwealth,\nan electronic uniform reporting form, to be known as the JC -3, which provides\nstatistical information relating to crimes involving:\n(a) Domestic violence;\n(b) Child abuse;\n(c) Childhood sexual assault or abuse as defined in KRS 413.249;\n(d) Victimization of the elderly, including but not limited to elder abuse, neglect,\nand exploitation and other crimes against the elderly; or\n(e) Any other particular area of criminal activity deemed by the secretary to\nrequire research as to its frequency; and\n(2) Promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to\nprovide that the information required in KRS 209A.122 be provided to the Criminal\nJustice Statistical Analysis Center.","path":["KRS Chapter 15A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57376","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:35Z","sha256":"11ddcb7deb8963c1ba26f0d12c2f62c70105b51ef27b11aa8469f296ee3f43aa","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-15a.180","next":"us-ky/krs-15a.195"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
