{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-16.075","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 16.075","heading":"Automobile liability insurance for State Police.","body":"(1) The Department of Kentucky State Police shall secure, or reimburse members of the\nState Police who purchase a rider on their personal motor vehicle insurance policy\nto secure, such automobile liability insurance and uninsured and underinsured\nmotorist cove rage as will reasonably protect the interest of members of the State\nPolice when in the conduct of official business.\n(2) Policies authorized by this section shall be purchased only in accordance with\nregulations prescribed by the commissioner of insurance  and the secretary of the\nFinance and Administration Cabinet.\n(3) The department shall determine the minimum coverage the member must purchase\nto be eligible for reimbursement under subsection (1) of this section and the\nmaximum amount of reimbursement.
