{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-16.510","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 16.510","heading":"Retirement system established -- Fund created.","body":"There is hereby created and established:\n(1) A retirement system for state police to be known as the \"State Police Retirement\nSystem\" by and in which name it shall, pursuant to the provisions of KRS 16.510 to\n16.652, transact all of its business, and shall  have the powers and privileges of a\ncorporation; and\n(2) A fund, to be known as the \"State Police Retirement Fund,\" which shall consist of\nall the assets of the system as set forth in KRS 16.555.
