{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-16.530","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 16.530","heading":"Membership statements and certificates.","body":"Under such rules and regulations as are adopted by the board, each employee becoming a\nmember on July 1, 1958, shall have on file at the retirement office, on such forms as the\nboard may prescribe, a statement of the facts pertaining to his status as a mem ber which\nshall include a detailed description of all service rendered prior to July 1, 1958. Until\nsuch statement is filed, no member shall be entitled to receive any benefits under KRS\n16.505 to 16.652.
