{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-160.105","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 160.105","heading":"Fire and extended insurance coverage -- Primary liability insurance","body":"coverage.\nThe Kentucky Board of Education shall by regulation require each school district to:\n(1) Provide for fire and extended insurance coverage on each building owned by the\nboard which is not surplus to its needs as shown by the approved facilities plan.
