{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-160.293","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 160.293","heading":"Development of school property recreational facilities for school and","body":"community purposes.\nAny statute to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the recommendation of the chief state\nschool officer, the Kentucky Board of Education may adopt administrative regulations\nauthorizing a local board of education to enter into an agreement with a public agency for\nthe purpose of developing and maintaining on school property recreational facilities for\nschool and community purposes in accordance with the following standards:\n(1) The property must be used in such a manner and at such times so that there will be\nno interference with school activities.\n(2) The control and management of this property shall be in accordance with\nadministrative regulations adopted hereunder by the Kentucky Board of Education.\n(3) All agreements must have the prior approval of the chief state school officer and the\nAttorney General.\n(4) Any agreement executed herein shall not be considered an indebtedness within the\nmeaning of Sections 157 and 158 of the State Constitution of Kentucky.","path":["KRS Chapter 160"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=3702","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:08Z","sha256":"1e36cdfd0b119a0a8747b849893eb41cb50ba8bc5cb06782cb0620432025e591","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-160.291","next":"us-ky/krs-160.294"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
