{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-160.395","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 160.395","heading":"Duty of superintendents to distribute information to school board and","body":"school council members.\n(1) Superintendents of public school districts shall distribute the written information\nprovided by the Office of the Attorney General and the Department for  Libraries\nand Archives under KRS 15.257 and 171.223 to each elected school board member\nand each school council member, as designated in KRS 160.345(2), within their\nrespective districts. Distribution shall be accomplished within sixty (60) days of\nreceiving the written information from the Office of the Attorney General and the\nDepartment for Libraries and Archives. Distribution to newly elected or appointed\nmembers shall be accomplished within sixty (60) days of their election or\nappointment.
