{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-161.595","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 161.595","heading":"Credit upon service retirement.","body":"(1) Upon service retirement, a member of the Teachers' Retirement System may obtain\ncredit for all or any part of the service otherwise creditable under the Kentucky\nEmployees Retirement System, the County Employees Retirement System, or in the\nservice of the United States government for which service credit is not otherwise\ngiven, upon the payment by the member of the full actuarial cost of the service\ncredit purchased as defined in KRS 161.220(22).
