He shall examine or cause to be examined all such plans\nand specifications and shall approve or disapprove them in accordance with the rules and\nregulations of the Kentucky Board of Education. Plan reviews for conformance with the\nUniform State Building Code shall be conducted only by the Departm ent of Housing,\nBuildings and Construction.
