In\naddition, he is guilty of malfeasance in office and upon conviction shall forfeit his office,\nand may for each offense be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one\nthousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned from one (1) to fi ve (5) years, or both so fined\nand imprisoned.
