The\nAdvisory Conference of Presidents will receive the full agenda for each meeting of the\ncouncil a reasonable time prior to the council meeting and, in the event of viewp oints\ndiffering from the Council on Postsecondary Education, an elected spokesperson for the\nconference may meet with the council and the executive committee to present before the\ncouncil the institutional positions on such issues.
